Del Norte County Public Health collects and analyzes data for reportable communicable disease conditions, birth and deaths, and factors leading to poor health. Del Norte County Public Health also periodically conducts a Community Health Assessment (CHA), used to inform the co-development of a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) by Public Health and partnering community stakeholders.
