Emergency Fostering Program

Del Norte County Animal Services, Dogs of Del Norte County and the Del Norte County Disaster Animal Response Team (DART) are partnering to create an emergency fostering program. Our goal is to get as many dogs out of the shelter as possible during the Covid-19 emergency. Details of this program will be coming soon. It is important that Del Norte County residents understand there may not be a shelter for your animals to go to if something were to happen to you. It is important to plan for this now.
