COVID-19 vaccines are one of the most important tools to end the COVID-19 pandemic. A safe, effective, no-cost vaccine is available to everyone in Del Norte County. Getting vaccinated can help prevent you from getting seriously ill from the virus and protect those around you as well.

Cost

Vaccines given through Public Health are free to all residents of Del Norte County. Vaccines given through provider offices and pharmacies may be billed to insurance. 


Vaccination Records

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) offers a digital COVID-19 vaccine record, available at myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov. You can use this tool to request a digital copy of your COVID-19 vaccine record. 

If you would like a hard copy of your vaccine record or if you need a replacement vaccine card, you can call Public Health at 707-464-0861.

  • Have a severe health condition or disability
  • Use home care and/or personal assistance
  • Use multi-lingual interpretation (including ASL)
