Coastal Connections is a youth and young adult resource center funded through the Mental Health Service Act (MHSA), staffed by Prevention Programs staff. The center serves youth and young adults, from 14 to 25 years old. The center provides both prevention and early intervention services with resources and referrals for needs that cannot be met directly on-site.

Services offered: 

1. Access to computers for job searching as well assistance with resumes and help with applications.
2. Information referrals to community resources (examples: food stamps, Medi-Cal, cash assistance and social and emotional support groups as well as many others based on needs)
3. Access to quick meals and snacks.
4. Music room with assorted instruments
5. Weekly and biweekly classes and events (always changing, see monthly calendar)
6. Youth Council (high school students only)
7. Place to hold meetings for youth and young adults (advance notice required)
