County Specific Reports
The State of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has been working to meet the Special Terms and Conditions (STC) of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) approval of California’s Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) waiver authorized under 1915(b) of the Social Security Act. DHCS has completed posting the 2016 statewide aggregate Mental Health Plan (MHP) performance dashboards and the county-specific MHP performance dashboards on the DHCS website.
In order to fully comply with STC #1, Del Norte County has provided access to the links below, which includes ADA compliant versions to connect the county-specific reports in an easily-accessible location and manner.
