Del Norte County is seeking input from stakeholders including the public regarding its organizational strategic planning initiative directed by the Board of Supervisors. 

The questions are structured for you to provide brief responses to questions relating to the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, or SWOT Analysis being conducted in the development of the Strategic Plan. 

The Strategic Plan will also include the development of the County's Vision, Mission, and Values which will inform the Planning Framework (the Focus Areas, Goals, and Action Items) of the final plan. As such, questions are also posed relating to your thoughts and suggestions for the County's Vision, Mission, and Values.

As this planning work moves forward it is very possible that subsequent polls may be released in order to gather input into the more developed elements of the draft Strategic Plan.
