The County of Del Norte DHHS Behavioral Health Branch is pleased to share that the draft Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Three-Year Integrated Plan for 2026–2029 is now available for public review and comment. The 30-day public comment period will be open from April 1, 2026 through April 30, 2026.
