Public Health is offering FREE Tdap vaccines to 7th graders this year. 

In order to qualify, children MUST be under 19 years old AND one of the following: 

• On Medi-Cal OR
• Uninsured OR
• American Indian/Alaskan Native

Remember to bring:

• Immunization record
• Parent/Guardian ID
• Letter of consent (if parent/guardian is not present)
• Court approved paperwork (if applicable)
