The Tri-Agency Economic Development Authority (Tri-Agency) is comprised of the City of Crescent City, the County of Del Norte, and the Crescent City Harbor District by way of a Joint Powers Agreement.  The purpose of the Tri-Agency Economic Development Authority is to provide economic development services that unifies and coordinates efforts in the advancement of identified economic development plans and goals.  To promote and support a self-reliant and entrepreneurial culture in the community working in partnership with all public and private agencies to stimulate growth by attracting new enterprises as well as expanding and maintaining current enterprise.
