This LBHB meeting will also serve as the Mental Health Services Act Three year plan annual update Public Hearing. The Local Behavioral Health Board (LBHB) is made up of Del Norte County community members and serves as an advisory body to the DHHS-Behavioral Health Branch. The Local Behavioral Health Board generally meets at 12:00-1:00 pm on the first Monday of the month. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, LBHB Meetings will be held online via Zoom and at multipurpose room 1&2 at 880 Northcrest Dr. Crescent City CA 95531, until further notice.
