Tax Sale



On December 1-3, 2018 the Tax Collector’s office will hold a public auction of tax-defaulted personal property mobile homes.  The auction will be held though www.bid4assets.com/delnortemh.  You must preregister on the auction website by Tuesday, November 27, 2018, which includes a $500.00 refundable deposit. 

Due diligence research is incumbent on the bidder as all mobile homes are sold as is. All mobile homes are currently in mobile home parks and are subject to applicable park rules, space rent, and any other park requirements.  The winning bidder is legally obligated to purchase the mobile home.  The winning bidder is legally obligated to pay all Housing and Community Development (HCD) transfer fees and/or delinquent registration fees, in addition to the purchase price. 

The right of redemption will cease on Friday November 30, 2018, at 5:00 PM PST and mobile homes not redeemed will be offered for sale.  If a mobile home is not sold, the right of redemption will revive and continue up to the close of business on the last business day prior to the next scheduled sale.
