  • On election day a live video feed of the ballot room will be displayed on the Elections page.

SRA Fire Safe Regulations  The State of California adopted revised State Responsibility Area (SRA) Fire Safe Regulations in 2015.  The 2015 SRA Fire Safe Regulations went into effect on January 1, 2016.

2015-16 Secured Property Taxes Due April 10, 2016 If you have not received your property tax bill, please contact the Tax Collector's office immediately at 707-464-7283.  Failure to received a tax bill is not grounds for excusing late penalties.

 Sheriff's Office - Online Information System  You can now get custody and call log information from our online information system.

George Tryon Bridge Replacement Project South Fork Road, near the community of Douglas Park, is scheduled to begin construction on June 18, 2015. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is responsible for the project and their contractor Flatiron West, Inc. will be constructing the project. Project completion is anticipated in 2017.

Submit A Tip
A system has been setup allowing the public to submit confidential and anonymous tip's to the Del Norte County Sheriff Department.  You can submit your tip by using an online form, or simply texting your tip.  This system is confidential and 100% anonymous.

To submit an anonymous tip via text message, text DNSOTIP and your tip to 847411 (tip411).

The Del Norte County Regional Airport offers free parking, free Wifi, and daily flights in and out of Portland beginning September 15, 2015. The airport is operated by the Border Coast Regional Airport Authority, a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) with a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from Del Norte County, the City of Crescent City, the Elk Valley Rancheria, Smith River Rancheria, City of Brookings, Oregon and Curry County, Oregon.
